503A compounding · First launches Q4 2026
From injection to a printed oral dose.
Printed chewables, dissolvable tablets and multi-layer combinations, prepared by licensed 503A pharmacies for individual patients and offered through telehealth partners.
The line-up
Three product families, one printing platform.
NAD+ and glutathione
Printed as chewables and dissolvable tablets, each made at the dose prescribed.
Sermorelin and PT-141
Most peptides are injected today. We print them as chewables, dissolvable tablets and multi-layer combinations.
Ketamine dissolvable tablet
Dosed from 10 mg to 100 mg for precise titration through 503A pharmacies and telehealth partners.
Why printing
The exact dose, in a form patients prefer.
One validated formulation prints any strength, so each prescription is made at the dose prescribed, with no splitting or crushing, and several actives or release speeds can share one unit.
Ketamine
The molecule we know.
PharmaTher developed an FDA-approved ketamine ANDA, which it sold in December 2025. Our ketamine dissolvable tablet builds on that experience: one formulation, printed from 10 mg to 100 mg, for precise titration through 503A pharmacies and telehealth partners.

Download the deck (PDF)Compounded drugs are not approved by the FDA. 503A products are patient-specific prescriptions prepared by licensed pharmacies, and 503A eligibility is confirmed for each product before launch. Certain peptides, including BPC-157, may not be compounded under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act unless and until the FDA completes the applicable rulemaking. Ketamine is a controlled substance, and its compounding, manufacture and distribution require registrations with the DEA. PharmaTher does not sell directly to patients. Timelines are internal estimates and forward-looking.
